Who is responsible for the death of 43 people in a bus accident in South Africa? Great revelation in investigation

Johannesburg, October 18 (IANS). 43 people died in a bus accident in the Limpopo province of South Africa. After an investigation into this matter, Transport Minister Barbara Creasy made a major revelation. He said the bus was in a dilapidated condition and was not roadworthy and at the time of the accident it was traveling at high speed, which became the reason for the accident. The Road Traffic Management Corporation investigated the accident. 43 people died and more than 30 passengers were injured in the incident. “A major cause of the bus accident was the bus driver, who was driving the bus at a very high speed for the conditions of the mountain pass,” the transport department said in a statement. There were 91 people on board the 62-seater bus at the time of the accident. This included 11 children aged three to five. The department said the trailer attached to the bus was full of luggage and personal belongings. The foreign bus company will be investigated for possible charges of culpable homicide. Those who issued the roadworthiness certificate to the bus will also be investigated. The bus, which was carrying passengers from Zimbabwe, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Malawi, was coming from the Eastern Cape province on Sunday evening when it met with an accident on a steep mountain pass.
