Tariq Ahmed Mir is accused of providing weapons in Kashmir to promote terrorist activities in Kashmir, accused of providing weapons to members of Hizbul Mujahideen, who was accused of providing weapons to members of Hizbul Mujahideen. Tariq Mohammad Mir was arrested by security forces in 2021. The agency also filed a charge sheet against him in court. The NIA seized its 780 square feet of living building and a garden built there.
