Jakarta -Acting Inspector -General of the Ministry of Religion (Inspector -General of Kemenag) Faisal Ali Hasyim reminded prospective pilgrims who provide the best service to Indonesian pilgrims. Faisal hopes officers serve pilgrims, such as serving their own parents. “Serve them like serving our mothers. He said that not everyone had the opportunity to serve the pilgrims. He reminded the pilgrims to build good and responsive communication. He asked the consumer officer to always ask how the quality of the food consumed by the congregation. He also asked the accommodation officer to always check the condition of the room, water, air conditioning, to the congregation’s bed. “With proactive we can provide the best service,” Faisal said. Faisal said there is no distinction from food for elderly pilgrims. However, he said, the Ministry of Religion has signed a contract with Syarikah or a company in Saudi Arabia to be ready to provide another type of food if necessary by the elderly congregation. “It could be if there’s another food,” he said.
