The mother was identified as Ram Vilas Sahni, 53, a Mohanpur resident in the Samastipur district Bihar. The injured laborer was identified as Prakash, a resident of the Bhavarahi village in the Chandauli district of Uttar Pradesh. He undergoes treatment at a hospital in Narayangarh, Haryana.
