The results of the public knowledge survey on reviewing the Criminal Procedure Code. (Screenshots) Yoes said that only about 20% of today’s public claims to be family members, or that their families have to deal with law enforcement officers. It is said that the public only knows the criminal procedure code when treated directly. “From today, if seen by the people who claim to have handled the law apparatus or their families, their family members handled the law enforcement agencies,” he said. “So it is still very low that knows about the Criminal Procedure Act. Those who deal with law enforcement officers show a slightly higher number than those who have never dealt with law enforcement for different aspects. So first dealt with law enforcement and then know it,” he continued. According to him, this is an initial indication of public ignorance about the review of the Criminal Procedure Act discussed. In fact, the Criminal Procedure Act is a law that influences the public. It must be socialized before the DPR passed it. ‘And this is probably the initial indication that people’s knowledge of the criminal procedure code is still very low. And it is such an urgent for the public to know more about it that it is a law that will directly affect them, but they have a voice where it is. Data shows that 29.7% of respondents chose to know, while 70.3% of respondents have the inspirational story of the love (DWR/DWR). Police candidate here
