World Para Athletics Championships 2025: Medals unveiled in New -Delhi

New -Delhi, September 18 (IANS). The medals to be given to the winners of the World Championships for Athletics Championships were unveiled by the Indian Paralympic Committee (PCI) on Thursday. The World Para Athletics Championships will be held from September 27 to October 5 in the capital of India, New -Delhi. More than 2200 para-athletes and associated staff from 104 countries will participate in 186 medal events at the first mega event organized by India. The next part of the revealed medal is inspired by traditional Indian art, focused on the championship name and para -athletic symbols – a wheelchair, a discus thrower and lotus – the National Flower of India.
