UNESCO) Themes of World Teacher Day 2025 Teachers play an important role in the education system, encourage learning, inclusion and innovation in schools and the community. However, many work without collaboration structure to support their professionalism or well -being. In many systems, this profession is still characterized by isolation to limited opportunities to build a network with colleagues, mentors and school leaders, which affect the quality of teacher education and preservation. This year, the celebration of World Teacher’s Day 2025 will be centered on the theme “Restoration of Teaching as a Collaborative Career”, which highlights the transformative potential of collaboration for teachers, schools and education systems. Re -frame education as something inherent collaborative – supported by policies, practices and environments that respect reciprocal support, joint expertise and joint responsibility – very important to strengthen teaching, learning and fulfilling teachers in teachers. Global celebrations take place in the framework of the Pan-African Conference On Teacher Education (Pacted) by Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The event will be opened with a statement from the high -level representatives of the organizers – UNESCO, Unicef, the International Labor Organization and Education international – followed by the ministerial panel, moderated by the African Union, with the subject “from isolation to collective power: re -visioning of the professional profession through the lens of cooperation.” This panel will investigate how cooperation can improve the voices of teachers, professional identities and educational outcomes, with contributions from the ministers of education, regional leaders and representatives of teachers, which highlight initiatives, such as the practice community, mentoring schemes and joint education.
