In this position, your elbows and knees are in a line, giving the body completely rest. Subject Rasana:- This Asana relieves the spinal cord well and removes muscle stiffness. It improves blood flow to the body and feels peace, reducing insomnia. In this yogasana, by hinging the knees and claws on the ground, your hands slowly raise back and place it on the floor.
