Dr. Muhammad Al -Ahmadi, a physiological professor of physical effort, said that minerals are very important and the body needs, so you cannot build your health and complete it except with the presence of minerals.
He added in an interview with the program “From Saudi Arabia”: “Eating you healthy for meat, fish, cheese, vegetables and fruits is a collection of what your body needs from minerals without any concern or fear of the increase or decrease.”
He continued: “If your body does not contain all minerals, your health will destroy, you will suffer from muscle cramps during sleep, muscle tension under the foot from the back.”
He continued: “In order to improve your health if you suffer from these symptoms, you must drink water because dehydration may lead to a lack of minerals. Secondly, eat a daily basis with lemon, salt, banana, milk and yogurt.”
He concluded: “This is a simple schedule to help you complete your daily need and avoid you for exposure to muscle contractions that come at night.”
