You eat slow poison, not flour, know how it harms your body.

New -delhi, October 7 (IANS). Maida, who has become the most important component of almost every fast food and bakery products today, gradually proves a slow poison for our health. Pizza, burgers, bread, rusks, Samosa or Kachori can taste all of them, but the flour it uses to make it is very harmful to our body. In Ayurveda, it is considered an element that is agni Mandya, that is, digestive power, while modern medical science calls it a quiet killer. Bran (bran) and germ (sprout) are made of the grains of Maida Wheat, which only saves starch. In this process, vitamins, minerals and fiber are completely destroyed. Not only that, to improve its color and texture, it contains bleaches such as benzoyal peroxide and chlorine gas, which are extremely dangerous chemicals for health. Maida has many harmful consequences for the body in many ways. First of all, it falls a lot on the digestive system. If you go into the intestines, it makes a glue -like layer, causing problems such as constipation, gas and acid. The glycemic index is very high, which immediately increases blood sugar and is harmful to patients with diabetes. Eating flour continuously increases body fat, especially around the stomach and agent, which increases obesity and metabolic disorders. In addition, it increases the risk of heart disease by increasing poor cholesterol and triglycerides. Flour does not have nutrients or fiber. It only gives calories, which gradually weaken the immunity of the body. According to Ayurveda, Maida is the guru and acid, which slows down the digestive fire and produces a general element in the body. It increases phlegm defects, increases diseases such as obesity, diabetes and joint pain. Modern research also confirms this approach. In a study conducted in 2010, it was found that those who ate refined flour foods per day were the risk of heart disease 30% higher. For this reason, the World Health Organization and the Indian Medical Research Council advised excessive intake of refined carbohydrates. It is more advantageous to adopt alternatives such as whole wheat flour, multigrain flour, barley, oats, grams and maize meal instead of Maida as they are rich in fiber, protein and minerals. -Ians pim/abm
