Those who give information about two absolute policemen will get a reward of 2 lakh, CBI announced

Bhopal, September 24 (IANS). The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) made a big announcement in the death of Deva Pardhi in the Myana police station in the Guna district Madhya Pradesh. Two accused police officers in this case are still coming. The CBI has announced a cash reward of Rs 2-2 Lakh for those who help catch them. According to the CBI, Deva Pardhi died in police custody, which is being investigated by the agency. Three accused (sub -inspector Devraj Singh Parihar, city inspector Zubair Khan and another person) have already been arrested in the case and a charge sheet has been filed. Two more policemen associated with the case (Sanjit Singh Mawa, who was at the time of the incident, and Uttam Singh Kushwaha, who was the assistant sub -inspector at the time), are still absolute. Non-available charges were issued to both for arrest. In addition, both of them were also declared ‘declared criminals’. The CBI has called on the public that if someone has the right and reliable information from both of these absolute accused (Sanjit Singh Mawa and Uttam Singh Kushwaa), he can inform the CBI. A cash reward of Rs 2 Lakh will be given to the person informing each accused. The agency said the move aimed to motivate ordinary citizens for active participation in this investigation and to achieve this absolute accused. The CBI also made it clear that the identity of the person who gives the information will be kept completely confidential. This reward will only be valid on giving strong and reliable information so that these accused can be arrested. Deva Pardhi died in the police oversight of the Myana police in the year 2023. At the time, the incident led to heavy public outrage and protests.
