The policemen saw 19 cartridges in the bag and caught the suspicious person. He was immediately taken to the Cantt police station. Here the officers questioned him. He was carrying a bag. When the policemen scanned this bag with an X-ray scanner machine, cartridges were found in it. The person was taken to Cantt Police Station and questioned and information was given to High Court Security Chief Krishna Kumar Mishra. He reached the place. When he was taken to Cantt Police Station and questioned, he gave his name as Ramanand Shukla, resident of Karvi District, Chitrakoot. When asked about the presence of 19 cartridges in the bag, he said he had an arms license. The revolver’s cartridge arrived by accident. When asked to show his license, he said his brother had a licensed gun. By accident, his cartridge also ended up in the bag.
