أعلنت وزارة الحج والعمرة السعودية توسّع مراكز “نُسك عناية” عبر أكثر من 39 مركزًا، و142 نقطة خدمة إضافية خلال موسم الحج، في مواقع حيوية بمكة المكرمة، والمدينة المنورة، وجدة، والمشاعر المقدسة، والمنافذ البرية والبحرية والجوية، وذلك استكمالًا لعمل 15 مركزًا دائمًا تقدم خدماتها لضيوف الرحمن على مدار العام، ما يُجسّد التزام السعودية بجعل تجربة الحج نموذجًا عالميًا في جودة الخدمة.
نُسك عناية تعد منظومة خدمية وتُعد “نُسك عناية” منظومة خدمية متكاملة أطلقتها وزارة الحج والعمرة عام 2019، تهدف إلى الارتقاء بتجربة ضيوف الرحمن من خلال تقديم خدمات إنسانية وإرشادية وصحية لحظة بلحظة، عبر فرق ميدانية مؤهلة وموزعة في المواقع الحيوية، وتُعد هذه المراكز نقطة الاتصال الأولى مع الحجاج، وتستقبل البلاغات والاستفسارات، وتوفّر حلولًا فورية لمختلف التحديات التي قد تواجههم.
