New Delhi, November 1 (IANS). Now, further hearing in the case of attack on Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will be held in the sessions court. The magistrate’s court on Saturday transferred the charge sheet filed against accused Rajesh Bhai Khimji to the sessions court. The court ordered that in view of the seriousness of the case, further hearing should be held in the sessions court. Now the next hearing of this case will be held on November 10 in the Tis Hazari Court of Delhi. Actually, this case is from August 20, when CM Rekha Gupta held a public hearing at her official residence. Meanwhile, Gujarat resident Rajesh Khimji suddenly attacked him. The security personnel present at the spot caught the accused immediately. After the incident of attack, FIR was registered at Civil Lines Police Station. Rajesh Khimji said during preliminary interrogation that he was angry about the issue of stray dogs and that is why he attacked. During investigation, it also came to light that Rajesh Khimji’s associate Syed Tasheen Raza was involved in this attack. According to the police, Syed helped Rajesh plan the attack. The police have collected all the necessary evidence against the accused and the entire investigation of the case has almost been completed. Now the further legal process will be completed in the sessions court, where both the accused will be presented. The magistrate’s court kept in mind the seriousness of the case while ordering the transfer of the charge sheet to the sessions court. The charge sheet contains serious allegations such as assaulting the accused, obstructing action before security forces and conspiracy. National President of the Apni Janata Party, leader Swami Prasad Maurya, while attacking the government in a press conference on Saturday, said that law and order in the state has completely broken down. He claimed that the number of unruly elements is constantly increasing in this government and the government is giving protection to criminals. Maurya said that misconduct has been committed against the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, which is an insult to democracy and judiciary. That is the reason why the morale of criminals is high and law and order is going into the abyss. Tehran, November 1 (IANS). Iran’s foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, says that Tehran does not want to hold direct talks with America about its nuclear or missile program. He said that the Islamic Republic would not give up its ability to enrich uranium. He told Al Jazeera: “We will never negotiate on our missile program, and why should we? No sane country will disarm. We cannot stop uranium enrichment. What cannot be achieved through war cannot be achieved through politics. We do not want direct talks with Washington, but can reach an agreement for indirect (mediated) talks.” He said: “We are ready to negotiate whatever concerns we have about our nuclear program. It is possible to reach a fair deal, but Washington has set unacceptable and impossible conditions.” “Nuclear material still remained under the debris (of the attacked nuclear sites) and was not transferred elsewhere. Despite the devastation, the technology is there,” he said, referring to the Israeli and US attacks on the country’s nuclear sites in June. “Tehran is prepared for all eventualities,” he said. Let us tell you that just a day before, Egypt said that it had urged both Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to end the ongoing conflict over the inspection of destroyed nuclear sites. Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdellatty said he had appealed to Araghchi and IAEA chief Rafael Grossi in separate calls to resume cooperation. Iran completely refused to cooperate with the UN nuclear watchdog after the June conflict with Israel and the US. Recently, Iran, Russia and China wrote to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and the Security Council, declaring that the 2015 Joint Trade Action Plan was officially terminated. The letter said that all provisions under Article 8 of UNSC Resolution 2231 expired after October 18, 2025.
