It remains to be seen whose efforts are successful. Zakir Ali, Chhapra. Saran district makes maximum news this time. The election battle for 10 seats in the district is at its peak in the first phase of voting on November 6. The parties are trying to save their base vote bank, along with handling the game and lobbying. Remove Ads Read News Only In the 2020 elections, while the Grand Alliance won seven seats, the NDA won only three seats. This time the competition is not limited to just two alliances, instead it has become a test of defection, family strength and personal supremacy. Prabhunath Singh’s family has been influential in the politics of Saran for decades, this time the same family is trying to change the whole equation by changing political beliefs. Overall, the electoral arena of Saran presents a picture of the changing phase of Bihar politics. Here the real test of the loyalty of the leaders, the priority of the people and the form of politics will be held. The match between brother and feelings in Baniyapur is very interesting. The contest on Baniyapur assembly seat is very interesting. Here Kedarnath Singh (brother of Prabhunath Singh) is contesting on BJP ticket this time. He was earlier an RJD candidate and was also an MLA of the same party. Now he is trying to change the entire political equation by joining BJP. At the same time, RJD tried to maintain emotional and caste balance by fielding Chandni Devi, wife of late former MLA Ashok Singh. The outcome will depend on the polarization or fragmentation of Rajput and Yadav voters on this seat. This seat has become a battle of honor for both the parties. Shifting Equations and Glare in Parsa and Chhapra: This time, the electoral geography of Parsa seems to emerge from the traditional Rajput-Yadav equation. Defections and new faces on many seats have blurred the caste lines. Chhapra assembly seat has brought national headlines this entire election. RJD played a big gamble by fielding Bhojpuri film star Khesari Lal Yadav from this seat. His competition is with Chhoti Kumari of NDA. While RJD MLA from Parsa Chhotalal Rai is the JDU candidate. His competition is against RJD’s Dr. Karishma Rai. Chhotalal changed his allegiance during the last elections and RJD tried to send a message through dr. Giving Karishma, granddaughter of former Chief Minister Daroga Rai, a ticket that whether it is politics or family, reconciliation or sourness is not permanent. Dr. Karishma is the cousin of Aishwarya, the wife of Lalu’s eldest son Tej Pratap, with whom he is facing a divorce case. The litmus test of Randhir Singh’s politics in Manjhi: Manjhi assembly seat has become a major center of discussion in this election. Here, Randhir Singh, son of former MP Prabhunath Singh, who won the Chapra by-election on RJD ticket a few years ago, is now in the fray as a JDU candidate. This is the same seat last held by CPI-ML. This election is seen as a test of both Randhir Singh’s personal strength and the strength of JDU organization. He constantly roams from town to town giving the message that only the politics of development and stability will determine the future of Saran. Jan Suraj Party’s YB from here. Giri and independent Rana Pratap Singh are also giving a tough fight.
