On the other hand, the Vice President of United in Diversity, Suyoto, emphasized that the regional secretary must have high adaptability to align leadership dynamics with community needs. “I believe it requires a lot of adjustment and a lot of tips. In addition, the sub-district head and regional secretary are the spearheads. How to align the leadership dynamics with the community population so that the management process is better,” he said. Thus, rather than being just a mere ceremonial event, the inauguration of Forsedasi has become an essential platform for regional secretaries to improve the quality of leadership and management of their regional government. “The All-Indonesian Regional Secretary Forum is not a forum for small talk.
