Let us understand how RBI is trying to reduce the cash crunch in the market through OMO. New Delhi. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) announced open market operation i.e. OMO purchase of Rs 1 lakh crore. RBI made this announcement after the MPC meeting that ended on December 5. Along with this, a 3-year USD-INR Buy-Sell swap of 5 billion dollars will also be done so that sustainable liquidity can be injected into the banking system. क्या है नया नियम, जिससे हुई दिक्कत
नए एफडीटीएल नियमों के तहत पायलटों के लिए साप्ताहिक विश्राम अवधि 36 घंटे से बढ़ाकर 48 घंटे कर दी गयी है और नाइट लैंडिंग को पहले के छह घंटों से सीमित करके दो घंटे कर दिया गया है. ऐसा माना जा रहा है कि इससे इंडिगो के क्रू रोस्टरिंग पर काफी असर पड़ा है. इन नियमों ने रात्रिकालीन घंटों की परिभाषा को भी एक घंटे बढ़ा दिया है, जिससे एयरलाइन के संचालन पर अतिरिक्त प्रतिबंध लग गए हैं. नए नियमों का उद्देश्य पायलटों की थकान से बेहतर ढंग से निपटना है, जो विमानन सुरक्षा में एक प्रमुख जोखिम है.

ये नियम पहले जून 2024 से लागू होने वाले थे लेकिन इंडिगो और अन्य एयरलाइनों के विरोध के बाद इन्हें वापस लेने में देरी हुई. एयरलाइनों का मुख्य तर्क यह था कि नए नियमों के लिए ज्यादा क्रू सदस्यों की आवश्यकता होगी और वे इन्हें लंबे समय तक चरणबद्ध तरीके से लागू करना चाहते थे. हालांकि, दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश के बाद डीजीसीए ने इस साल इन नियमों को लागू कर दिया. इन्हें दो चरणों में लागू किया गया, जुलाई और नवंबर में.

इंडिगो पर सबसे ज्यादा असर क्यों
अगर उड़ान रद्द होने की दर 10 प्रतिशत भी रही तो इंडिगो की 230 से ज्यादा उड़ानें रद्द हो जाएंगी. इसके विपरीत अगला सबसे बड़ा एयरलाइन समूह एयर इंडिया इसकी आधी से भी कम उड़ानें संचालित करता है. इंडिगो के बेड़े का बड़ा हिस्सा एयरबस ए320 जैसा नैरो-बॉडी विमान है. इस विमान से आमतौर पर एक दिन में कई उड़ानें संचालित की जाती हैं. इसका मतलब है कि देरी और रद्दीकरण की घटनाएं तेजी से बढ़ सकती हैं. डीजीसीए के अनुसार इंडिगो ने नियामक को सूचित किया कि नवंबर में उसकी 1,232 उड़ानें रद्द हुईं. इनमें से 755 क्रू और एफडीटीएल से संबंधित बाधाओं के कारण, 258 हवाई क्षेत्र और हवाई अड्डे पर प्रतिबंधों के कारण, 92 हवाई यातायात नियंत्रण प्रणाली की विफलता की घटनाओं के कारण, और 127 अन्य विभिन्न कारणों से रद्द हुईं.

क्या वाकई पायलटों की कमी

पायलट बढ़ाने से किराया होगा प्रभावित
