There is also a LN man who rents an apartment and a YH man who runs the website. Apart from that, two patients with the initials KWM and R were also suspects in this case. The suspects were charged under Act Number 17 of 2023 on Health, with a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison. Polda Metro Jaya emphasized that it will continue to act firmly against illegal health service practices and appealed to the public not to be tempted by online health services that do not have official permits.
