Accelerating digital transformation, South Jakarta immigration launches ‘Si Sultan Sharing’

Jakarta – The Class I Immigration Office for Non-TPI South Jakarta (Jaksel) is accelerating digital transformation regarding the delivery of immigration information to the public. One form of accelerated digital transformation is through the innovation of Si Sultan Sharing or South Jakarta Immigration Information Share. Si Sultan Sharing is expected to be able to meet the public’s need for service information that is faster, easier to access, concise and presented in an integrated manner, together with increasing expectations of transparent and responsive public services. The South Jakarta Non-TPI Special Class I Immigration Office cooperates with the South Jakarta Administrative City One Stop Investment and Service Management Unit (UP PMPTSP), headed by Indarini Ekaningtiyas, in the management of Si Sultan Sharing. In a written statement from South Jakarta Immigration Public Relations, Thursday (11/12/2025), his party used the broadcast media network in all PMPTSP service rooms at the city, sub and sub-district levels in South Jakarta. South Jakarta Immigration hopes that this collaboration will enable the dissemination of immigration information through digital signage and television services more widely. Professional, responsive, innovative, serving and accountable,” said Head of the South Jakarta Non-TPI Class I Immigration Office, Bugie Kurniawan. He said that Si Sultan Sharing was a direct implementation of the daily orders of the Minister of Immigration and Corrections (Imipas) Agus Andrianto, including improving the quality of public services; the realization of information transparency; strengthening a culture of achievement, and providing immigration services that have a direct impact on society. Through Si Sultan Sharing, continued Bugie, the public can obtain information about passport and residence permit services more easily, concisely and close to the location of their daily activities. Finally, he said that the use of UP PMPTSP’s electronic facilities also makes the process of disseminating information more efficient, as well as saving budget. Bugie believes that the quality of public education will also be maintained. “In the future, Si Sultan Sharing is expected to be a driving force in shaping the image of the South Jakarta Immigration Office as an agency that is proactive, open and oriented to the needs of the community. It is expected that improved information openness will increase public trust, as well as become a concrete manifestation of the transformation of immigration services to an integrated and modern era,” concluded Bugie.
