Kolkata, November 30 (IANS). West Indies all-rounder Andre Russell has retired from IPL. KKR did not retain him for IPL 2026. The co-owner of the team, Shahrukh Khan, wrote a very emotional post welcoming Russell to his second role in the team. Shah Rukh wrote on X: “Thank you Andre for the wonderful memories. Our wonderful fighter. Your contribution to KKR is unforgettable. Another chapter in your wonderful journey as a player. Strength coach, give knowledge, strength to our boys in purple and gold.
