Jakarta – Ciamis Police Chief AKBP Hidayatullah received the award for Figure of Public Synergy with Justice and Humanism at the detikJabar Awards 2025. Hidayatullah’s performance is considered outstanding in strengthening restorative justice practices. The award was presented to Hidayatullah by Ridwan Dalimunthe as commissioner of detikcom at an event held on Wednesday (10/12/2025) at the Salak Heritage Hotel, Bogor. Hidayatullah expressed his gratitude to government officials in Ciamis and the people of Ciamis. AKBP Hidayatullah’s leadership is known for his spirit of transformation through a number of innovative programmes. One of the most prominent is the strengthening of restorative justice practices. This initiative is seen as able to reduce conflict in society while strengthening a more inclusive sense of justice. Apart from that, the “Good Police” jargon he promoted became the spirit of the service culture at the Ciamis Police. Through a humanistic, friendly and trust-building approach, he succeeded in improving the emotional relationship between the police and the community. detikJabar Awards 2025 is a form of appreciation for figures, communities and programs in West Java that are inspiring, innovative, creative and capable and have an impact on society in West Java.
