Jakarta – Depok City Satpol PP together with an integrated team carried out control of street vendors (PKL) and illegal buildings (Bangli) on the banks of the Locing River, Pancoran Mas, Depok. A total of 59 street vendors (PKL) and illegal buildings were demolished. “From the results of the control, the team managed to control 59 street vendors and illegal buildings (bangli),” Depok City Satpol chief Dede Hidayat, PP said, as seen on the Depok City Government website, Thursday (11/12/2025). Control was carried out on Wednesday (10/12) along Jalan Raya Pitara (Bantaran Kali Licin) and Jalan Pramuka 2, Pancoran Mas District. Dede emphasized that this control activity was carried out to restore the function of land, roads and rivers in order to create an orderly environment. Scroll to continue content “This enforcement is a form of administrative sanction for violations of Regional Regulations (Perda) and Regional Chief Regulations,” he said. This application was attended by about 190 joint staff of Satpol PP, Polri, TNI, Dishub, Linmas, as well as local sub-district and sub-district officials. As a result of the control carried out, apart from demolitions, officials also appealed to traders not to open more stalls in nearby places. “We will continue to carry out further monitoring and control so that this area remains orderly,” he concluded.
