Currently, the total number of victims is 22 people, who are undergoing treatment at Koja Regional Hospital and Cilincing Regional Hospital. “To date, the total number of people being treated or receiving treatment is 22 people, 10 people are outpatients,” North Jakarta Metropolitan Police Chief Erick Frendriz told journalists at North Jakarta Police Headquarters on Thursday (11/12/2025). Most of the victims treated at the Cilincing Regional Hospital were able to go home and undergo outpatient treatment. The MBG car driver with the initials AI is threatened with being charged in terms of section 360 of the Penal Code due to his negligence. “The article we apply is article 360 of the Penal Code because negligence leads to someone being seriously injured or others being injured with a maximum penalty of 5 years,” he explained.
