Actually, IIT Kanpur alumnus Kavita Shah settled in Chicago, USA in 2003. He has a house in Anandpuri, Kanpur, where his mother lived. It is alleged that Kavita’s mother Rajkumari Shah went to the United States to meet her in 2004 and during that time, land mafia criminals Narendra Singh, Kanhaiya Gupta and Ajit Gupta took over her house and forged documents. Now his brother Sanjay Shah has to give his statement in this case. This statement was taken in the court of ACJ (JD) 1 Isha Agarwal. A technical team was deployed to give the online statement, which included Shalabh Srivastava, Sanjeev Kumar and Srishti Awasthi. The whole matter was related to the declaration between two countries. Therefore, defense counsel Manish Krishna and government counsel Pragyanand Pandey were also present. Sanjay Shah had to go to the Indian Embassy in New York to make his statement. Shalabh Srivastava said that the statement lasted about four hours, which was continuously monitored by the entire technical team.
