ADM Bhoomi Adhyapti verbally abused the accountant of Sadar Tehsil, who was performing the responsibility of supervisor in the SIR campaign in the Cantt assembly constituency. ADM Land Adhyapi Naveen Chandra said that negligence is being done in the SIR work. During the review, some words slipped out of his mouth under stress.
