State Bureau, Lucknow. The Manav Sampada portal was relaunched on Friday to resolve the service related matters of teachers and non-teaching staff of board schools in a transparent manner. Due to technical update of the portal, it was closed for the past 25 days, affecting thousands of teachers. Remove Advertisement Read Only News Due to the closure of the portal, approximately 55 to 60 thousand teachers who have completed 10 years of service are still deprived of the benefit of selection pay scale. Now after opening the portal, the process can start again. Currently, only the list of Primary Assistant Teachers is visible at the Block Education Officer (BEO) level. The work completed earlier at the BEO and Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) level has now become nil. The officials will have to prepare the new list again. Teachers say that the selection of all teachers who have completed 10 years of service should be immediately uploaded on the pay scale portal and payment should be made soon so that they can get relief. The portal is now said to be simpler than before, which is expected to speed up the processes.
