For Rabi cultivation, a target of 56,050 hectares of area has been set in the pesticide and liquid fertilizer spraying scheme 2025-26 by agricultural drones. Farmers will receive a subsidy of up to 50 percent of the fixed spraying fee or Rs 210 per acre. A farmer can take advantage of drone spraying on a maximum of 15 hectares and twice. Four experienced drone service providers selected through tender are deployed in the field to serve the farmers.
