Furthermore, Guswanto said this happened because the weather is entering a transition period. “The heavy rain accompanied by strong winds that occurred yesterday is part of the weather dynamics during the transition of seasons or transition. This phenomenon generally occurs during the transition from the dry to the rainy season, where the atmosphere becomes very unstable and causes the formation of intense convective clouds,” he said.
