Nasreen, who carries a reward of ₹ 50,000, was arrested in Faridipur area of ​​Thakurganj late on Tuesday night. For the last six years it has been working as the largest supplier of brown sugar in Lucknow and surrounding districts including Bahraich. Nasreen made sensational revelations during STF interrogation. She used to bring raw opium from Manipur and then process it at her house in Khadra to make good quality brown sugar. His gang members would then take it to Lucknow, Bahraich, Sitapur, Hardoi and Barabanki. Nasreen’s husband Mohammad Kash Ahmed alias Munna alias Raees is already in jail in another case. Nasreen had full control over the house and managed the entire network without any fear. This secret was revealed by one of his associates, who was arrested on 17 October. According to a police officer, the story of the arrest starts from October 17. The special task force (STF) arrested a certain member of Nasreen’s gang in Bahraich that day with 3,440 kg of brown sugar (worth around Rs 3.5 crore). During interrogation he told the full name and address of Nasreen Bano. After this, the police announced a reward of Rs 50,000. On Tuesday, information was received that Nasreen was hiding in a relative’s house in Faridipur, Thakurganj. STF’s Lucknow field unit along with a woman constable with the help of the local police raided the house and arrested him. The bank account is being investigated. According to STF officials, Nasreen is being interrogated. His phone and bank account details are being investigated. It is expected that in the next few days, many of its key suppliers and buyers will also fall into the trap. Nasreen will be arrested in an old NDPS Act case registered in Bahraich police station and presented in court. Then he will be taken into custody and more secrets will be made of him.
