Deputy District Election Officer Saurabh Bhatt said that if the name of any voter is not included in the voter list available with the CAA, the voter can fill form number six to include his name in the voter list. Along with this, he will also have to submit a declaration form. The name will be added to the voter list after the CAA verifies the voter form and declaration form. The time for the first phase of SIR has now been extended by the Election Commission till December 26. In such a situation, efforts will be made to trace the untraceable voters by conducting a campaign, so that the names of the voters who have not yet submitted the summary form to register their names in the voters’ list can also be added to the voters’ list by submitting their summary form. -Saurabh Bhatt, Deputy District Election Officer.
