The mother of suspended sub-inspector Anuj Kumar, who has been missing for nearly three months, has accused his wife of kidnapping and killing her son for the sake of property. The police will now investigate this complaint together with the already registered case of kidnapping. The CO of Sikanderau, who is investigating the case, has twice sent notice to the sub-inspector’s family for DNA testing, but the reply has not been received yet. The items found from the unidentified body match those described by the family members. The dead body could be that of Anuj. Sikanderau CO JN Asthana, who is investigating the case, said that notices have been given twice to the sub-inspector’s family for DNA testing of the body, but the reply has not been received yet.
