Jhansi, September 23 (IANS). Senior Samajwadi -Party leader Shivpal Singh Yadav reached Jhansi on Tuesday and met the workers. Sonia Gandhi for Nehru private papers: प्राइम मिनिस्टर्स म्यूजियम एंड लाइब्रेरी (PMML) ने कांग्रेस नेता सोनिया गांधी को एक चिट्ठी लिखी है. पहली बार लिखी इस चिट्ठी में बड़ी मांग की गई है. म्यूजियम ने लेटर में लिखा है कि 2008 में सोनिया गांधी ने जो देश के पूर्व पीएम जवाहरलाल नेहरू के निजी कागजात के 51 डब्बे अपने साथ ले गई थीं, उन सभी कागजातों पर अब पहुंच दी जाए, यानी अब यह निजी न होकर सरकार को सौंप दे. ये पहली बार है जब PMML ने सोनिया को आधिकारिक तौर पर इस बारे में लिखा है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक, सोनिया के दफ्तर से अभी तक कोई जवाब नहीं आया है.

सोनिया के पास आखिर 51 डिब्बों में क्या?
इंडिएन एक्सप्रेस में छपी एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, बात 2008 की है, जब सोनिया गांधी ने PMML से कांग्रेस कार्यकाल में नेहरू के निजी कागजात के 51 डब्बे वापस ले लिए थे. ये कागजात पहले इंदिरा गांधी ने 1971 में म्यूजियम को दान किए थे, क्योंकि वो नेहरू की वारिस थीं. बाद में सोनिया ने भी कुछ कागजात दिए थे, लेकिन 2008 में उन्होंने इन्हें वापस मांग लिया. इनमें नेहरू के जयप्रकाश नारायण, एडविना माउंटबेटन, अल्बर्ट आइंस्टीन, अरुणा आसफ अली, विजया लक्ष्मी पंडित और जगजीवन राम जैसे बड़े लोगों को लिख गए, भेजे गए खत शामिल हैं.

म्यूजियम ने क्यों लिखा पत्र?
PMML ने अपनी चिट्ठी में कहा कि इन कागजात तक शोधकर्ताओं को पहुंच चाहिए. साथ ही सोनिया गांधी से अपील की कि अगर उनके पास नेहरू से जुड़ी कोई और अहम चिट्ठियां हैं, तो वो भी दान कर दें. म्यूजियम का मानना है कि ये कागजात आधुनिक भारत के इतिहास को समझने में बड़ी मदद करेंगे. पिछले साल फरवरी में PMML की बैठक में भी इस पर चर्चा हुई थी. तब रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह की अगुआई में ये तय हुआ था कि इन कागजों की “मालिकाना हक, रखवाली, कॉपीराइट और इस्तेमाल” पर कानूनी राय ली जाए. अब ये चिट्ठी उसी का नतीजा है.

पिछली बैठक और नया प्लान
पिछले साल की बैठक में कुछ सदस्यों ने कहा था कि सोनिया से कागजात वापस मांगए जाएं. अब नई PMML सोसाइटी की पहली सालाना बैठक कुछ हफ्तों में होने वाली है. इसमें भी ये मुद्दा उठ सकता है. PMML के सूत्रों का कहना है कि सोनिया को लिखी चिट्ठी आगे की कार्रवाई का रास्ता खोल सकती है. इस साल जनवरी में PMML का नया ढांचा बना है, जिसमें नरेंद्र मोदी प्रेसिडेंट हैं और नृपेंद्र मिश्रा चेयरपर्सन. स्मृति ईरानी, राजीव कुमार, शेखर कपूर जैसे नए चेहरे भी शामिल हुए हैं.

बाकी पीएम के परिवारों से भी मांग
PMML ने अपने कागजात डिजिटल करने की तैयारी में सभी पूर्व और मौजूदा प्रधानमंत्रियों के परिवारों और दफ्तरों को चिट्ठी लिखी है. उनसे अहम कागजात और चीजें दान करने की अपील की गई है. अब तक पूर्व पीएम चौधरी चरण सिंह के पोते ने जवाब दिया है. उन्होंने कहा कि परिवार चरण सिंह से जुड़े कुछ कागजात और सामान देने को तैयार है.

सोनिया का जवाब नहीं
‘द इंडियन एक्सप्रेस’ में छपी रिपोर्ट में ही कहा गया कि सोनिया के दफ्तर को ईमेल भेजकर उनका पक्ष जानना चाहा, लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिला. PMML का कहना है कि ये कागजात इतिहास का हिस्सा हैं और इन्हें रिसर्च के लिए खुला करना चाहिए. अब सबकी नजर इस बात पर है कि सोनिया इस चिट्ठी का क्या जवाब देती हैं और क्या ये कागजात म्यूजियम को मिल पाएंगे.

Ladki Bahin Yojana : मुख्यमंत्री लाडकी बहीण योजनेचे पैसे कधी मिळणार? असा प्रश्न राज्यातील महिलांकडून सातत्याने विचारला जात होता. आता याबाबत एक मोठी माहिती समोर आली आहे. राज्याच्या महिला व बालविकास मंत्री आदिती तटकरे यांनी सांगितले की, फेब्रुवारी आणि मार्च महिन्याचे प्रत्येकी 1500 रुपयांप्रमाणे 3000 रुपये एकत्रच लाडक्या बहिणींच्या खात्यात जमा केले जाणार आहेत. 

अनेक दिवसांपासून फेब्रुवारीचे पैसे कधी मिळणार, असा प्रश्न राज्यातील महिलांकडून विचारला जात होता. आता आंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिनाच्या निमित्ताने राज्यातील महायुती सरकारने फेब्रुवारीसोबतच मार्च महिन्याचा हप्ताही लवकर देण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. 

मंत्री आदिती तटकरे यांनी महिला दिनाच्या पूर्वसंध्येला मुख्यमंत्री माझी लाडकी बहीण योजनेतील सर्व पात्र लाभार्थ्यांना फेब्रुवारी व मार्च महिन्याचा लाभ दिला जाणार असल्याची माहिती दिली. 7 मार्च 2025 पर्यंत सर्व पात्र लाभार्थ्यांच्या बँक खात्यात दोन महिन्यांचा सन्मान निधी जमा करण्यात येणार आहे. सोशल मीडिया प्लॅटफॉर्म एक्सवर पोस्ट करुन आदिती तटकरेंनी ही माहिती दिली आहे. 

लाडक्या बहिणींची संख्या घटली
लाडकी बहीण योजनेत डिसेंबर महिन्यात 2 कोटी 46 लाख महिलांना 1500 रुपये मिळाले होते. तर, जानेवारी महिन्यात लाडक्या बहिणींची संख्या 5 लाखांनी घटून 2 कोटी 41 लाख इतकी झाली होती. लाडकी बहीण योजनेतील लाभार्थी महिलांच्या पात्रतेची पडताळणी सुरू केल्यानंतर यामध्ये साधारणपणे 9 लाखांची घट झाल्याची माहिती आहे.

Parinay Phuke: लाडकी बहीण योजना ही राज्य सरकारची अल्पावधित लोकप्रिय झालेली योजना आहे. राज्यातील अडीच कोटी महिलांना या योजनेचा फायदा झालेला आहे. या योजनेअंतर्गत राज्यातील गरीब आणि पात्र महिलांना दरमहा 1500 रुपये दिले जातात. विधानसभा निवडणूकीच्या प्रचारात महायुतीच्या नेत्यांनी लाडक्या बहिणींना 2100 रुपये देण्याचे आश्वासन दिले होते. मात्र अद्याप यावर कोणताही निर्णय झालेला नाही. अशातच आता भाजपचे नेते परिणय फुके यांनी या योजनेबाबत महत्वाची माहिती दिली आहे. त्यांनी नेमकं काय म्हटलं ते जाणून घेऊयात.

लाडक्या बहिणींच्या वाढीव निधीबाबत अद्याप निर्णय नाही

राज्यात महायुतीचे सरकार स्थापन झाले आहे, मात्र लाडक्या बहिणींच्या वाढीव निधीबाबत अद्याप कोणताही निर्णय झालेला नाही. मध्यंतरी राज्य सरकारच्या तिजोरीवरील बोजा वाढल्याने लाडकी बहीण योजना बंद होणार असल्याची चर्चा रंगली होती. आता यावर भाजपचे नेते परिणय फुके यांनी पत्रकार परिषदेत भाष्य केले आहे.

2100 नव्हे 3000 रुपये देऊ…

पत्रकारांच्या प्रश्नावर बोलताना फुके यांनी म्हटले की, ‘या योजनेसाठी सरकारने 36 हजार कोटी रुपयांची तरतुद केली आहे. मी तुम्हाला दाव्यानं सांगतो, 2100 नाही तर तीन हजार रुपये देऊ पण काही दिवस थांबावं लागणार आहे. आमच्या लाडक्या बहि‍णींचा आमच्यावर विश्वास आहे. त्यांनी आम्हाला मोठ्या मताधिक्यानं निवडून दिलं आहे. त्याची परतफेड आम्ही करणार आहोत, 1500 रुपये सुरू ठेवणार आहोत, आणि पुढे जसजशी राज्याची परिस्थिती सुधारेल तसतशे 2100 रुपये देऊ आणि आणखी सुधारली तर 3000 हजार रुपये देऊ.’

या महिलांना केवळ 500 रुपये मिळणार

समोर आलेल्या माहितीनुसार, नमो शेतकरी आणि लाडकी बहीण या दोन्ही सरकारी योजनांचा लाभ घेणाऱ्या महिलांची संख्या 8 लाखांपेक्षा जास्त आहे. नमो शेतकरी योजनेअंतर्गत महिलांना 12000 रुपये दिले जातात. यात राज्य सरकारचे 6 हजार रुपये आणि केंद्र सरकारच्या 6 हजार रुपयांचा समावेश आहे. मात्र लाडकी बहीण योजनेच्या नियमानुसार, लाभार्थी महिलांना शासकीय योजनेमधून वर्षाला 18 हजार रुपयांपेक्षा जास्त लाभ दिला जाणार नाही. त्यामुळे आता या महिलांना लाडकी बहीण योजोनत वार्षिक 18 हजार रुपयांऐवजी केवळ 6 हजार रुपयेच मिळण्याची शक्यता आहे. म्हणजेच दर महिन्याला 1500 रुपयांऐवजी केवळ 500 रुपये दिले जाण्याची शक्यता आहे. ‘लोकमत’नं याबाबत वृत्त दिले आहे.
