Jakarta – The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) has revealed that the Padang Panjang-Sicincin national route is still cut off after the major flood. Several provincial routes are also still cut off. “The transport routes for this national route that are still cut off are the cities of Padang Panjang and Sicincin,” said head of BNPB Lt. Gen. TNI Suharyanto said in a press conference broadcast on the BNPB YouTube account quoted by detikcom, Sunday (30/11/2025). Suharyanto said transport routes in West Sumatra can still be reached by country. Suharyanto said that the condition of West Sumatra has recovered more than Aceh and North Sumatra. The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) also relayed the latest developments in data on victims of floods and landslides in Sumatra. BPBD recorded an increase in deaths or missing victims.
