But there were some technical errors related to educational qualification. In this regard, guidelines of the state government were sought. The government has set up a committee to determine the suitability, whose meeting has already taken place. No final decision has yet been made. The court expressed dissatisfaction with this answer from the commission, saying that such negligence could not be tolerated in the appointment process. The court made it clear that the Commission’s secretary will have to appear personally in the next hearing to explain why the decision has not yet been made and who is responsible for the delay in the process.
