The company is studying a number of wind and solar projects in the region, after incurring various projects in the Gulf region with a value of up to $ 500 million. Investment in renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Egypt remains ‘very attractive’ in light of the availability of wind and solar energy projects, according to Al-Khouli. The investments of “Actis” in Egypt are about $ 1.5 billion, and the company recently set up the West Bakr Station project in the Gulf of Suezing in Egypt.
