Ghazipur, June 6 (IANS). Eid-Ul-Azha (Bakrid) will be celebrated across the country on June 7. Namaz will be performed in mosques in the morning, after which the ritual of sacrifice will be completed. Extensive safety arrangements were made to make the festival calm and safe in Ghazipur, Moradabad and Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh. Police and administration have deployed additional powers in sensitive areas to prevent any unforeseen incident. There are also an appeal to people to work together to maintain community harmony. Ghazipur SP Iraj Raja told the news agency about the preparations for Eid-Ex-Azha (Bakrid) that the Peace Committee meetings were held at the center, district and police station. Our CO, SDM and Outpost Incharce have issued clear instructions. Animals should not be sacrificed in public, only in the designated places. The second is clearly stated that the Namaz will not be done in the open place. Limited animals will not be abused. If no instructions are met, strict steps will be taken. Namaz will be performed peacefully. SP Abhishek Jha of Bijnor said that the first Peace Committee meetings were held properly in all police stations. In addition, there were joint meetings between the administration and the police, which were discussed with all the influential persons at the local level.
