Chief Minister, dr. Mohan Yadav, inspired the people of patriotism and bravery by participating in the sacrificial scholarship arranged in Galior during the sacrificial day of Veerangana Laxmibai. On this occasion, he described the honor of the heroes and their saga to the people as the first priority of the state government. The chief minister said that the land on which Veerangana Laxmibai made her incredible sacrifice is like a pilgrimage for the state. He said, “The stories and their lives of such legendary are guides for all of us.” He also assured the government that it gave full support for organizing the sacrificial scholarship. Dr Mohan Yadav announced an amount of five Lakh calls for theater phases based on the life of the heroes on the sacrificial scholarship. He said that such cultural programs fill the new generation with the spirit of bravery, patriotism and self -education and give a positive direction to their thinking. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also announced the establishment of a technological center in Gwalior. He said that it would provide new jobs to the youth and that they could use their skills. In addition, he talked about the implementation of Atal Ji’s ‘river joint scheme’ quickly, which would benefit the Gwalior Chambal Division. The chief minister said: “The state government believes in maintaining cultural and historical heritage along with development in every area. It is our attempt to always honor the heroes and reach the coming generations.” The program was attended by local administration, social institutes and a large number of people. The sacrificial scholarship is decorated with different cultural presentations and events, which knocked people with a sense of national unity and bravery. The event not only became a medium to make the sacrifice of Veerangana Lakshmibai memorable, but was also a way to inspire the coming generation with their courage and patriotism.
