Jakarta – Police have arrested doctors with the initials AMS, 41, and his wife, Schh, 35, for the alleged prosecution of household assistants (ART) with the initials SRC (25). Currently, both were nominated and detained as suspects. “Now it’s a suspect and detained. Both were charged in terms of section 44 paragraph 2 of RI Act number 23 of 2024 for the elimination of domestic violence and or in section 351 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Act. Both are threatened with ten years in prison. “Because the victim was seriously injured. The threat of criminal was a maximum of ten years imprisonment,” he said. The couple was arrested on April 8, 2025. Both were arrested after being absent from police investigation. This incident was viral on social media.
