While the idea of featuring 1960s-inspired Cameos of the X-Men and the Avengers in The Fantastic Four: First Stepsit seems the right call to keep the focus on the titular team. This is their long-awaited introduction to the mcu, and after multiple failed live-action films, the fantastic four need to make a great impression on audiences. Setting them up as the sole heroes of their universe and up against a threat like galactus will be a great demonstration of just how great they are as a team. Marvel is rightfully emphasizing making sure the audience loves the fantastic four over Cameos and Easter eggs.
However, that does not mean The Fantastic Four: First Steps Will lack any larger references to marvel comics history. There will be undoubtedly be plenty of callbacks and references to the comics. There is also a high probability that the film’s post-credit scene is where the audience will get their first look at Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom. Filming on Avengers: Doomsday is underway, and there is a strong chance the russo brothers will film a letter scene that could be attached to the post-credits scene of The Fantastic Four: First Steps Ahead of the July 2025 Release date. Fans won not to wait long to see the fantastic four join the greater marvel cinematic universe and hopefully deliver long-awaited character interactions like Invisible Woman and Namor, Human Torch and Spider-Man, Thing and the Hulk, and, of Course, Mister Fantastic and Actor Doom.
