The victim became unconscious at the time of the incident. Police acted immediately and arrested Akbar and after proving the charges in court, he was punished. This decision is a victory of justice. The court sentenced 46-year-old criminal Akbar to 20 years of strict imprisonment. A fine of Rs 1 Lakh was also imposed on the culprit. The girl, resident of the Madhuban Bapudham police station, was home alone on July 5, 2022. The father of the daughter went on duty and the mother went to Aligarh for a little work. The girl went to the Duhai Temple with her fiancé after taking permission from her mother. When she returned that night, her fiancée near Mr. Bhawan left. After this, the girl went to her house. After some time, a person named Akbar rang the doorbell of the house. The girl opened the door and entered the house. Akbar shows a video on his cellphone of the girl hanging out with her fiancé. Akbar said he followed both. He will show this video to his landlord and parents. After this, Akbar took her in the room for violence and raped her. During this time she became unconscious. When I regained consciousness, Akbar was not there. The daughter called her mother and called her home. Mother told about the incident. The mother filed a report against Akbar at the Madhuban Bapudham police station on July 7, 2022. When police checked the CCTV cameras, the accused was seen chasing the victim. Police arrested Akbar and jailed him. People got angry when the matter related to two communities. The victim received medical treatment. The medical report confirmed rape. Police investigated the case and filed the charge sheet with the court. The hearing on the sentence was held in the Court of the Special Judge (Pocso Act) Vergoaj Gautam on Wednesday. According to the medical report and school papers, the age of the victim was 18 days 18 days at the time of the incident. There is a provision for similar punishment in both section 376 and section 4 of the Pocso Act. In the place of Article 376, Article 4 was therefore accepted in the Pocso Act. In terms of section 4 protection of children from the Sexual Offenses Act 2012, Akbar was sentenced to 20 years of strict imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1 Lakh. If the fine is not paid, one will have to undergo an extra penalty of six months. While sentenced to the crime of Article 452 to four years and for the crime of Article 506, he was sentenced to one year. At the time of the incident, the family member said that the victim was very old and that the family member was married to the girl at a young age. The girl studied in class six at the time of the incident. He felt that if police got to know that he could marry a girl at an early age, adverse action against him.
