Self -proclaimed Saint Asaram, who serves life imprisonment in the case of rape of a minor, once again received a major setback from the Rajasthan High Court Jodhpur. The application submitted on his behalf would be heard on the application for adjournment on Tuesday and the period of treatment, but the judge refused to hear, citing “exception not before me”. As a result, no decision could be made on the application of Asaram, and the case was now transferred to another bank. What is the case is that Azaram is currently serving a life sentence in the Jodhpur Central Jail. He was convicted in the case of rape of a minor. After deteriorating his health in the past, he was temporarily admitted to a private Ayurvedic hospital for treatment. Thereafter, his attorneys filed an application to the court demanding that he expand the period of treatment and suspension of sentence. Why did the court reject the hearing on Tuesday when the case came before the bank of the Rajasthan High Court Jodhpur made the judge clear that the petition did not come into their jurisdiction. He refused to hear the hearing and said, “Exception not Bifor me” and the case was sent to another bank. The next trial on this case is now decided by the new bank. Asaram was not found relief; Asaram is back to jail, after the trial and no relief, Asaram was returned immediately to Jodhpur Central Jail from a private hospital. The prison administration moved him back to the barracks amid safety arrangements. Officials said they could not be allowed to extend the duration of the stay or treatment in any other hospital until the order was not received from the court. The questions raised about health claims the legal team of Asaram that his health is constantly underway and that he needs a long time Ayurvedic treatment. However, the prison administration says that all the necessary facilities are provided at the prison hospital and that the team of doctors is constantly monitoring. Share this story -tags
