Gurugram Club Bomb Blast Case: Nia lays the charge sheet at 5, including Goldie Brar,

Gurugram, June 7 (IANS). The National Investigation Agency (NIA) took major steps in the 2024 Club Bomb Blast case in Gurugram, Haryana. Three accused associated with this case were arrested while the chief accused Goldie Brar and Randeep Malik were removed. The agency filed a charge sheet against five people, including Canada resident and gangster Satinderjit Singh alias Goldie Brar. The case is related to the bomb blast on December 10, 2024 at Warehouse Club and Human Club in Sector-29, Gurugram. Apart from Goldie Brar, the Nia Sachin Talian, Ankit, Bhavish and the US resident randeep Singh alias randeep Malik accused under various divisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Arms Act, Explosives Act and illegal activities (prevention). Goldie Brar and Randeep Malik are still busy, while the remaining three accused have been arrested. During the investigation, the NIA revealed that the attack was part of the most important conspiracy of a banned terrorist organization called Babbar Khalistani International (BKI). The purpose of this conspiracy was to spread violence in Haryana and surrounding areas, to create fear among people and to disturb peace. The investigation revealed that Goldie Brar and his co -workers together carried out the dangerous plan. These people tried to raise money, raise terrorist funds, buy weapons and explosives and damage the unit, safety and economic stability of the country. According to the NIA, the accused tried to increase common tensions by targeting these clubs of Gurugram. The anti -terrorism agency said it further promotes the investigation of the matter so that the entire network can be exposed behind the conspiracy.
