The court imposed an interim residence against him until the next trial. The case was heard before the single Bank of Justice Tribhuvan Dahiya. Senior advocates RS Ceema and Siddharth Bhukkal argued that the trial of cases filed against Maman Khan in various FIRs was separated, while other co-accused trials occur simultaneously. Maman Khan also moved the Supreme Court against the separation of two other fir hearings in the case, but his petitions were rejected on December 12, 2024. A special consent petition has been filed in the Supreme Court, in which the ruling is reserved and the trial is currently prohibited. It is argued by the ADDER that when the hearing on a similar issue is already pending in the Supreme Court, the proceedings must also be postponed in other cases. The court determined the next trial date on October 30, 2025 and remained the proceedings of the session case 498 and 499 until then.
