Jhansi Medical College: Before -part delivery of child -born child’s life -medic research life of premature baby is not easy

Maharani Laxmi Bhai Jhansi Medical College Children with premature delivery found 30 to 50 percent more than normal children in puberty. The surviving children also have large in metabolic syndrome (heart disease) high blood pressure diabetes and other non-infectious diseases. Preliminary delivery (before 37 weeks) becomes a big problem. Before adult delivery is an important reason in babies. If these children are saved at that time at that time, they surround many types of diseases with age. Dr Hema J. Shobhane said it takes premature delivery seriously. Regular checks, timely counseling and scientific information as well as mother and baby can reduce mortality rates. Society, family and health system must gather and provide emotional and medical support to pregnant women. A healthy mother is the basis of a healthy India. It has been found that children with premature delivery are 30 to 50 percent more than normal children. Living children also contain a lot of metabolic syndrome (cardiovascular disease), high blood pressure, diabetes and other non-infectious diseases. According to a research, about 1.5 crore children are born each year (premature), which is about 10.6 percent of total births. In this, 25 percent of these are the children born in India. In these circumstances, the Department of Women and Obstetrics of the Medical College is to evaluate the risk factors associated with premature delivery and create a prediction model based on the history of the mother, cervical length (length of the cervix), so that the risky pregnancy can be identified in advance and research. Research on these studies included 162 pregnant women (20 to 36 weeks of pregnancy period) during 15 months (July 2023 to September 2024), which came with premature delivery symptoms. This included maternal age, medical history, body mass (an estimated measure of the best weight), red -haired conditions, multiple information, cervical length measured to transvezinal ultrasound and fetal fibronectin levels. Logistics regional and machine learning -algorithm was used for statistical analysis. Research found that the study found that women between 20 and 25 years were the highest (30.2 percent). Women whose cervical length was less than 25 mm were 36.4 percent and it is very linked to premature delivery. At the same time, at 50.6 percent of women, petals were found to be more than 100 ng/ml, which makes it an impressive indication. According to experts, this research indicates that there is a milestone to identify the risk of premature delivery. In the future, other biomarkers (information on general or unusual biological processes) can increase the accuracy of models by advanced machine learning techniques and personal risk assessment methods.
