Patna, April 12 (IANS). Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM), head and minister of Union, Jitan Ram Manjhi, announced on Saturday at the activities of the city of Purnia district amid the intensity of political activities before the 2025 election in Bihar. Manjhi claimed 35 to 40 seats for ‘Hum’ in the NDA and declared the party’s first official candidate Rajendra Yadav as candidate of the Kasba meeting in the Purnia district. The ‘Hum’ chief looked quite emotional and excited while addressing more than 10,000 party workers at Kalanand High School. Manjhi said: “This time at least 20, we must reach the meeting so that the voice of the public is increased. We need at least 35 to 40 seats to dispute the Bihar meeting of 2025.” Even before the formal discussion of the NDA set division, the crowd was full of enthusiasm when Rajendra Yadav was declared a candidate from the urban constituency. Manjhi has been constantly quoting the ground level on the ground level since 2020, the reason for the early announcement, where the voices of votes prevented him from victory. National President of ‘Hum’ and Bihar Minister Santosh Kumar Suman also supported the announcement of the forum, which led to the shouting and celebrations of Yadav’s supporters. Suman said: “We have a demand for 40 seats in the NDA. With such a great support, it indicates that our party gets support at the ground level in Bihar.” Manjhi reminded the media that Rajendra Yadav disputed in 2020 as an NDA candidate from the urban meeting of the city meeting, making this seat a strong fortress for the party. This announcement is seen as a strategic step to strengthen its relevance and bargaining strength in the NDA alliance before the conversation on seats through ‘hum’. Manjhi gave a clear message that the ‘Hum’ seat will play the role in the award this time. -Ians Sch/CBT Share this story Tags
