Jakarta – The KPK again called Witnesses in the investigation into the alleged extortion case in the management of the plan to use foreign workers (RPTKA). This time, the witness called one of the TKA agents. “Today (9/22), the KPK has an investigation into the alleged TPK witnesses related to the management of the plan for the use of foreign workers (RPTKA) with the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker),” KPK spokeswoman Budi Prasetyo told reporters on Monday. In addition to the flow of money, Budi explained that ECA Primasari was also investigated with regard to the purchase of assets by the suspects in this case. “Including his knowledge was also investigated regarding the purchases of assets carried out by the parties nominated in the case as suspects,” Budi continued. The alleged corruption case in the Ministry of Manpower investigated by the KPK is related to extortion in the management of the use of TKA. The KPK revealed that this case occurred during 2019-2023 with a proof of money raised by RP 53 billion. In total, there were eight people mentioned as suspects in this case. The KPK suspects that unscrupulous officials in the Ministry of Manpower have chosen prospective foreign workers who would work in Indonesia. The eight suspects detained by the KPK are: 1. Putri Citra Wahyoe, RPTKA hotline officer for the period 2019 to 2024 and verifier RPTKA realization at the Directorate of Foreign Workers Control (PPTKA) in 2024-2025.3. Jamal Shodiqin, analyst of the PPTKA Directorate in 2019-2024, which is also an introduction to the first expert work of the PPTKA directorate of 2024-2025.4. Alfa Eshad, introduction to the job expert of the youth expert in 2018-2025.5.
