After this, this employee again submitted a case for this payment in the year 2023. The affidavit also falsely claimed that he had not received any payment so far. The municipal corporation told the court that the total amount was paid to the employee. In addition, evidence was also presented. The corporation claims that the employee deliberately hid the facts by providing incorrect information. After looking at the facts, the court imposed a fine on the employee for deception.
