Madhya Pradesh government stands with the farmers: Chief Minister Mohan Yadav

Ujjain, October 10 (IANS). Madhya Pradesh, chief minister Mohan Yadav, said on Friday that the remuneration was being distributed to farmers affected by natural disasters based on the reports of district collectors. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that individual recording of each farm is performed. He announced that soybean farmers will also gain the benefit of the state government’s Bhavantar Yojana (price difference payment scheme), which will cover the difference in the maximum support price (MSP). During this, he laid the foundation stone and inaugurated development works worth Rs 133.80 crore, which also included the construction of 23 km long two-team road from Ingoriya to Unhel at a cost of Rs 127.63 crore. He further said: ‘Farmers get the Pradhan Mantri Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under the Gopalan Gaushala scheme, a subsidy of up to Rs 10 Lakh will be given on a project of Rs 40 lakh for raising 25 indigenous cows.
