The Lotto draw is scheduled at 11 o’clock in the Dr Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium in Thane. According to a report from the local news channel Lokshahi, the event was presented in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Eknath Shinde. Location and details of the lottery These dwelling units were distributed over different areas, including Thane City and District, Oros, and Vasai (Palghar district), as well as 77 plots for sale in Sindhudurg and Kudal-Badlapur region, according to an official statement. The Lotto draw received an overwhelming public response. A total of 1,84,994 applications were received for the houses and plots, of which 1,58,424 included serious money deposits. Authorities also made arrangements for live viewing of the draw by drawing LED screens inside and outside the auditorium for the public to look at the drawing process. Registration process The application process which began in July 2025 with online registration, verification and confirmation of the application extended the timeline due to great interest in the Lotto draw. The initial registration period was from July 14 to August 13, 2025. This period was later expanded to 12 September 2025 to accommodate the large number of applicants. The names of successful winners as well as those on the waiting list will be made available on Mhada’s official website. Applicants will be able to check their results online using their application number or registered credentials.
