He said that women had never paid serious attention before, but that women would now get the benefit of all schemes under the mission Shakti Abhiyan 5.0. He also informed that Mission 5.0 further strengthened the ongoing schemes and that the officials now ensure that the benefits of the schemes reach the women directly. He described education, health and confidence as the basis of empowerment of women, and he said that it is not only necessary for women, but also for the development of the entire society.
